RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD
UNOPENED products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless WE make a mistake on your purchase).
The Customer will be charged again for shipping on all orders that are reshipped due to “no access to delivery location" or "return to sender” or "insufficient address." Customer must contact Purple Sage Healthy Living LLC @ support@purplesagehealthyliving.com for instructions on reshipment info and payment.
OPENED products MAY NOT be returned for any reason due to health and safety concerns. A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returns unless we made a mistake on your purchase. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Purple Sage Healthy Living LLC reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
For proof of delivery, we recommend that items be returned via UPS or insured USPS.

Unless Purple Sage Healthy Living LLC is responsible for a mistake with your order, ALL SHIPPING FEES associated with a return are the liability of the Customer.
CREDIT OR REFUND WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE
We MAY provide free return shipping if your return is the result of OUR error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). . .However, if your return is NOT the result of our error, your ‘True Postage Fee”* will apply. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 10 business (minus S&H) and an email confirmation will be sent.
* True Postage Fee. If you decide to return UNOPENED item(s) you will be charged the FULL cost of shipping. With your return, please include in written format, your order or invoice number and the reason you want to return each item.
ORIGINAL RECEIPT
The original receipt or packing slip is required for ALL returns and exchanges.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Purple Sage Healthy Living LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass directly to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS) and Purple Sage Healthy Living LLC is not liable for the order nor have an obligation to refund the order should the order be lost or damaged while in the possession and care of the carrier.
Purple Sage Healthy Living LLC may exercise discretion, as a one-time courtesy, to resend or refund (minus shipping fees) a lost or damaged order in the possession and care of the carrier and predicated upon the customer first filing a claim with the carrier and submitting proof of the filed claim to Purple Sage Healthy Living LLC.

Returns by Mail
You may also return UNOPENED online purchases through the mail to the address where we receive mail. To return your online UNOPENED purchase by mail:
(1) Pack your UNOPENED return in the original shipping package, if possible.
(2) Include the packing slip, return label and indicate the reason for the return.
(3) Include ALL original packing materials, manual(s) and accessories.

REFUND METHOD
Online purchases: Refunds will be returned via credit card, USPS money order or company check at the discretion of Purple Sage Healthy Living LLC.
If Purple Sage Healthy Living LLC is experiencing technical difficulty or issues with its merchant account provider, we reserve the right to issue refunds via company check or money order.
Refunds will only be given to the buyer who made the original purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Purple Sage Healthy Living LLC reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
